With the development of society and the university’s enrollment, more and more women have opportunity to enter university, the rapid increase in the number of female university students.China is in a transition period of development of socialism, the original planned economic system transition to a socialist market economic system, the three major industries facing structural adjustment, companies undergoing ownership and management of transformation, the original national Graduate Employment distribution system, coupled with the impact of the international financial crisis on export-oriented enterprises, community college graduates to provide the number of jobs fell, college graduates are facing a severe employment situation of women due to the long-standing investment in human capital in men, coupled with gender discrimination and other reasons, the market competitiveness significantly weaker than men, under the Employment of College Students, the employment of female students is even more worrying. At the moment, China’s higher education to implement a charging system as the most basic income of the investment in education, employment relations with the interests of many students and their families, should be subject to the attention of the government.
