Student Employment issues has always been a major problem in our society, in which the difficult problem of employment of female graduates is more prominent, which has attracted national education sector and the academic attention. A key reason of the difficult problem of employment of female graduates is the difficulty of gender discrimination in employment. To achieve success for female students is not only important to their own career and life development, but also for the construction of a harmonious society at stake, so the difficult problem of employment of female graduates is an urgent need to address as a major social problem. This article firstly introduces the Definition of the problem of female college students'employment and the discrimination theory of information economics, which are the foundation of the following analyze of the source of the problem of female college students'employment and the measures to the problem. In order to more clearly understand the status of the problem of female college students'employment, the author conducted a survey within undergraduate and graduate students of six universities in Jinan City of Shandong Province with rich resource of college students, and the survey results showed that the discrimination in female Employment against college students does exist. To solve this problem, we must find out the reasons for the problem Female College Students, the article IV analyses the reasons for the problem from the social causes, economic causes and their own causes. The reason is found to more effectively solve the problem. I believe that the following measures must be taken to solve the problem:the Government actively performing the functions to promote the employment and improving law enforcement mechanisms; universities' support in the quality of training, employment guidance and others; employers understanding the female college students and their value; the female students preparing to face the employment. Only through taking strong measures from all sectors of society to guide and promote employment, can change the status of the problem of female college students'employment, creating an enabling environment, mechanisms and institutional arrangements for female college students'employment, and thus protecting the harmonious development of society and the state long-term economic development.
