The Research Of Employment Problem Of Female Collage Students In Hebei Province

In recent years, with the college expansion and college students increased, the graduate student employment situation is grim; Hebei province which has so many higher educations, the pressure of graduates'employment is fierce. Female students as an impartment part of college students who have harder job search process, to guarteen female college students to achieve equal employment is the key factor in building a harmonious society. This paper will analyze the current situation and causes of difficult employment, try to come up with strategies which can ease this situation.It will be divided into five parts:Partâ… : introduction. It mainly discusses the basic issues; include background, research significance, status, methods innovation and concepts of related interpretations.Partâ…¡: Defines the basic concept of female college student employment. This part mainly defines employment, graduates employment, female student employment and other basic concept.Partâ…¢: Hebei university of female college students'employment situation and reasons of this situation. Through the survey by questionnaire to analysis female students in preparation for employment, employment intentions, job situation, employment guidance and other problems, to analysis the employment characteristics of female students. This part mainly discusses the reason of female difficult employment. There are many reasons, mainly from government, universities, female themselves to investigate.Part IV: Countermeasures to solve difficult employment of female college students in Hebei province. It proposes solutions to the government, universities, and female students. Government should play a leading role in the work; universities should actively promote the improvement of education mode; female students should establish correct career ideas, strengthen various capabilities and qualities, in order to improve employment competitiveness.
