The employment problem is a problem that every graduate have to face. Since the reform and opening up, the country are increasing investment in education, year after year to promote the development of education at all levels. During the period, graduate education industry has made considerable progress. Especially since2000, the number of applicants each year participates in the graduate recruitment, enrollment and admission are increasing. The employment problem caused by enrollment expansion is arousing more and more attention. The academic articles on the problem of graduate employment are endless. In many studies, only a small number of which are specialized on the subject, the numbers of case studies about higher education graduate employment problem are also limited. As a graduate of the Higher Education, when we are doing research on the educational problems and raise advice on the real problem in the field, we need to slow down our footsteps to look at our own as well as the surrounding circumstances. We should be concerned about our own employment problems.Being based on reality, the paper is doing research on employment issues of the Higher Education Master’s graduate in Yunnan through qualitative methods. In this paper, the author will make a detailed description on the choosing of further education or employment, career guidance, job search experiences, the course of employment, self-analysis. The paper will present the real employment situation about the graduates of the Higher Education Master.Through the research on the process of graduate employment, the author will sum up four aspects on graduate employment Yunnan Higher Education Master:a rational choosing between further studies and employment, a limited range of personal choice, there is no real ideal, only unsatisfactory actual, higher education graduates is lack of proper career guidance. Overall, the graduates in Yunnan have their own stick and the zeal of dedication education.But the reality is so different from dream, some of them re-done their own life planning by lowering employment expectations. The graduate students’work experience is a mirror for the education and teaching of the subject itself. Based on their experience, the author proposed three countermeasures:enhance the quality of the graduates, strengthen the employment service functions of universities, be joined with applied talents and adjust disciplines and professional training objectives.Based on the factors in all aspects above, the author raises a grounded theory:the employment process of the graduates in Yunnan is the process of interaction between themselves and social. Through that interaction, collision and then the graduate realize employment. To improve higher the employment status of the education graduates, we need to correctly understand the internal mechanism of the employment process and coordinate the main parties in a dynamic project and fully play the main role in every aspect of the link.
