Research On Academic Specification Education Of Master Degree Candidate

In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of graduate students enrollment,the graduate education in China has developed vigorously,which has provided a large number of talents for the development of China's economy,science and technology.However,graduate students' behavior of violation of academic norms in scientific research activities become common.Graduate students have been disqualified for this degree qualifications every year,This phenomenon aroused public concerns about the quality of graduate students.The degree Office of the State Council issued”on the degree of strengthening the construction of academic ethics and academic norms”,it is required that colleges and universities should pay more attention to the Academic Standard Education in the process of postgraduate training,At the same time,comprehensively improve the academic standard of postgraduate students from both theoretical and practical aspects.In view of this,this research takes the official paper as the guiding principle,research the current situation of academic specification education with three universities in Chongqing,in order to find out the problems.There are five problems in academic standard education: School and students' understanding of academic standard education is not clear;The content of education is upside down,and the professional aims are not strong;The theory of education is predominated by the theory of duck filling,and the practice teaching is weak;The role of the teachers' example is very little,and the strength of the training needs to be improved;Educational system is lack.There are three reasons for these problems: The concept of school education is missing,the academic atmosphere is not correct and graduate students' weak sense of honesty are the reason of education cognition;Decentralization of the content and the lack of emphasis on the construction of teachers are the reasons for education;The lack of the implementation of the educational system is the reason for the management of the school.On the basis of the goal of academic standard education,the author suggests to update education principle,;put academic specification education into personnel training system;construct education system and enrich courses;innovate teaching methods reflected teaching targeted and build diversified teachers structure;improve the academic norms of education management system.
