In recent years,graduate enrollment expansion has become a trend,which is becoming more and more obvious after the introduction of the 13 th five-year education program.Graduate education is the top of national education of our country,and it is an important juncture of the development strategy of China's science and education and the development strategy of talent power,which is the main source of talent resources.Graduate education brings together a large number of scientific research innovation resources,promote the basic research and research in cutting-edge technologies,powerful conditions,to promote the development of strategic emerging technology industry in the lead of the world first-class disciplines of discipline construction and build strong higher education state-owned vital role.As the graduate student enrollment expansion trend,one's deceased father grind motive diversification,to improve the degree,from employment,blindly following the university graduates and workers to join one's deceased father grind,students learning attitude is not correct during grinding,learning investment level is insufficient,the school culture and management existence insufficiency,causes such as plagiarism,academic fraud happened frequently,causing the cultivation of the postgraduate quality,have to cause attention and reflection.Current and emerging discipline,discipline intersection unprecedented acceleration,frontier extends continuously,science and technology innovation activity continuously break through the boundaries of regional,organization,technology and the evolution of innovation system of competition,the postgraduate education in our country put forward the new challenge and propositions.Postgraduate education in our country has already entered a new era,this requires the academic degree graduate student need to focus on training their professional accomplishment and innovation ability,professional degree graduate students need to have high professional skills and professional ability,and quality.Therefore,their study,research and paper pressure will be increasing day by day.If the problem of insufficient learning is still there,graduate students will inevitably be frustrated during the graduate study period.In the real life,some graduate students apply for the project,publish papers and so on always hit the wall,the research difficulty can not break through,give them a small blow,can not experience the learning achievement feeling.Studies have shown that learning success is closely related to the individual's self and mental health,and is an important psychological indicator of individual quality of life and mental health.In view of this,it is very important to pay attention to the success and learning investment of postgraduate students.In recent years,the study of perfectionism has continued unabated.In the field of excellent aptitude education,according to their observation and clinical experience,many researchers found that perfectionism in excellent aptitude and achievement of outstanding students psychological phenomenon is widespread.And among the students with excellent qualifications and outstanding performance,the proportion of perfectionists increased with age and grade.With the development of positive psychology,positive perfectionism caused the scholars attention,related research have sprung up,but the special study of graduate student groups scarce,their positive perfectionism level how? Postgraduate student in China belong to the category of high talent,but they have their own particularity,suffered from academic,employment,interpersonal relationship and even family multiple pressure,positive perfectionism of effect on them? These are not the answer,in addition,in hownet,VIP and ten thousand party academic web site to retrieve documents found that at present about positive perfectionism,learning,study on the relationship between the inputs and successful study is not appeared in the journal.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out an indepth study on the question of active perfectionism of postgraduates.Therefore,this study aims to understand master positive perfectionism,Learning engagement and Feelings of academic sueeess,and to establish the relations model among them,in order to research conclusion to improve the graduate student learning success provides referential suggestions,so as to improve the training quality of master graduate student,promote the development and progress of the higher education.This study consists of two parts: Study 1: To compile Feelings of Academic Sueeess questionnaire of postgraduate student,select an object to 400 in yunnan province as a preliminary survey of postgraduate,investigates the learning success factor structure of the questionnaire,developed for graduate student questionnaire has good reliability and validity of test;Study 2: Research on the current situation and relationship.Selected 500 in yunnan province as the research object of postgraduate,systematic analysis of the graduate student's positive perfectionism,learning and success of the overall situation and three in the differences of demographic variables,and positive perfectionism of master graduate student,the relations between investment and learning success.1.Research compiled by the Feelings of Academic Sueeess questionnaire of postgraduate student,there are 27 test item,the feelings of satisfaction,positive feelings associated with others,the feelings of academic self-efficacy and positive feelings form study itself the statistical results show that this questionnaire has reached the requirements of psychometrics,can be used as a full-time postgraduate feelings of academic sueeess measurement tools;2.The positive perfectionism of postgraduates is generally at a higher level,and there are significant differences in the demographic variables of gender,grade and motivation of pursuing postgraduate.The three dimensions of positive self-expectation,positive self-evaluation and organization have a significant impact on the feelings of academic sueeess of postgraduate.3.There is a significant difference in the number of students in the study,gender,grade,and motivation of pursuing postgraduate.The three dimensions of vitality,concentration and dedication have a significant impact on the feelings of academic sueeess of postgraduate.4.The degree of success of postgraduate students is generally in the middle level,and there are significant differences in the demographic variables of gender,grade and the one-child.5.Graduate student positive perfectionism,learning engagement and feelings of academic sueeess is significant positive correlation among them,learning success,positive perfectionism self expectation,self evaluation and structure dimensions of learning success have a significant positive prediction effect;Learning into energy,focus and dedication dimension to learning success have a significant positive prediction effect;6.Learning engagement has partly mediating effect between positive perfectionism and feeling of academic success,which means that the master graduate student positive perfectionism characteristics influences feeling of academic success through the learning engagement.
