The Study On The Innovation Ability Evaluation Of Master Degree Candidate In Universities

Throughout history, both the coutries with ancient civilizations which have brilliant and splendid histories and Western countries which can dominate the present world all consider education as the foundation of the nations. In the era of knowledge economy, both the development of our country and the revival of the nation can not be realized without the promotion of the innovation ability of the whole society. As the main force of national innovation technology leaders in the future, the level of the graduate students innovation ability will directly affect the progress of the society and the development of the country. Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of graduate students innovation ability is not only an urgent need for the development of postgraduate education but also an important way to promote the level of the national innovation capacity.The paper has made systematic researches and summarizations on the theory of graduate students innovation ability evaluation, and defined the content of graduate students innovation ability according to the process of innovation activities carried out. Meanwhile, the paper also analyzed the fators which influenced the training of Master Degree Candidate innovation ability from the external environmental factors, the internal environmental factors and internal factors of the the students their own and the problems in the training of graduate students innovation ability in our country. Based on the content of graduate students innovation ability and problems in the training of graduate students innovation ability in our country, the Master Degree Candidate innovation ability evaluation index system has been established focusedly from the point of using the guidance function of the evaluation system to solve the problems in the training of graduate students innovation ability in our country. The index system used entropy method to determinate the weight frationally and objectively, and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the innovation ability of graduate students quantificationally. Finally, the paper put forward countermeasures according to the problems in the training of graduate students innovation ability in our country, and provided references for the development of postgraduate education in our country.
