Compulsory education phase and high school math courses and teaching cohesionresearch have been hot issue for educators. It has been ten years since our country hadthe eighth foundation education curriculum reform in1999. Along with the new curriculum reform,Full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(experiment draft)(2001edition) has been revised several times during the2005-2011,and it was published in early2012at last, which was named as compulsory educationmathematics curriculum standard (2011edition).(It has a short name as the compulsorystandards.) Because the original standard system of compulsory standards structure andcontent on design makes certain modify or delete increase, this makes obligation standard and the present of ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard (tests)(2003edition)(hereinafter referred to as the high school standards) linking problemonce again become the focus of attention of the educators.Through the literature review of the overall situation analysis,this article established the emphasis and the direction of the research, that is the standard and standard ofhigh school compulsory course and course target basic concept in the two aspects ofcontent linked study. In the research, we used the method of literature comparative content analysis and interview method. Our research explained the necessity of having theresearch of compulsory standards and high school standard from the cognition of curriculum standards and the analysis of the situation formulating curriculum standard.Through the obligations of the high school curriculum standard and standard basic concept and objective in common and their respective characteristics of comparison andanalysis, find the problems exist in their connection, and analysis and think about theproblems.Through the comparison and analysis of both we found that in the curriculum conceptional aspects, there are different ways to explain and prove the compulsory standards and high school standards. In objective aspects, there is lack of consistency andbreakthrough in some attention on the target. There is lack of uniformity and consistency in some text format. For example, the goal of the structure of compulsory stand ards and high school standards have large differences, the requirements of mathematicaldisposition of compulsory standards and high school standards come apart, the requirements of double base and the data processing ability of high school standards are inferior to the requirements of compulsory standards, etc. At last,to these question of connection, I have some revision opinions of the compulsory standards and high school latestandard respectively.
