Research On The Effectiveness Of Idedogical And Political Education In University Instructors’ Work

Ideological and political education from university counselors is an important part of China’s ideological and political education work. The effectiveness of idedogical and political education in university instructors’work is an important test indicator of the ideological and political education in college.Bases on the prior study and research achievements, combined with my two-year experience from counselor’work and the first-hand understanding of the actual survey data, I have researched this topic how to enhance the effectiveness of idedogical and political education in university instructors’work seriously. The purpose of this research is looking for inspiration which to do the work more effectively.This article is divided into five parts. In the first part, I mainly explained the background significance dynamic method of this topic. In the second part,I discussed the meaning content guiding ideology and significance of the effectiveness of idedogical and political education in university instructors’work. In the third part, I analysised of survey data, explained the problem and the reasons which existing in the work. The fourth part is the key, targeted to the problem and the reasons which existing in the work, I proposed the solution: implementing of the guiding ideology, enriching the content, improving the methods, strengthening the construction of workforce, creating a favorable working environment. In the fifth part, I summarized the above, and prospected the idedogical and political education in university instructors’work.
