The inclusive education is an International newly developing educational thought in90s,20th century.It insists on that being educated is not only a fundamental right for human but also a base keeping social fairness and justice.It claims that the education should satisfy all the children because every child has his(her) own peculiarity and specialty.The inclusive education is an important way and primary tactics achieving the education for all,as well as home and a developing orientation for the education system.The thesis is discussing the autistic children who have special needs in education from the perspective of inclusive education thought.We absorb and refer to the American advanced idea,education modes and service system in promoting social inclusion for autistic children by explaining and analysing the law and regulation for American autistic children.The aim is putting forward a significant proposal for autistic children’s social inclusion of China.The thesis is devided into four parts.The first part is introduction,mainly tells us the questions it puts forward and literature review.The second part is introduction of autism,including the definition,cause of disease,screening,diagnosis and the relationship between the education for autistic children and inclusive education.The third part is the main of the thesis,elabrating the Amrican laws and education modes for autistic children social inclusion.The last part of the thesis is suggestions and recommendations for China in promoting the social inlusion of autistic children.
