The labor transfer between the rural areas and cities was a phenomenon produced by conforming to the historical development trend and the construction tendency of urbanization and modernization, from which appeared the peasant-worker group. With their time-lapse of going to town to work, the problem of their children has also been a regular attendant phenomenon. In2006, the report of world children’s situation UNICEF(United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) pointed out that in China there were at least19.81million migrant children (UNICEF); in2010, ACWF(All China Wome’s Federation) subject research group pointed out that in our country there existed about50million leftover children. It is thus clear that the children of peasant workers in our country have gradually become a huge group. In2011the premier Wen Jiabao has made the following task be written into the government work report, that is "continuing to solve well the problem of receiving the obligation education in the children of the poverty-stricken city families and peasant workers so that all the children can afford to go to school and can learn very well" which further strengthens the attention to the peasant-workers’children.With the pace of urbanization and modernization construction, the children of peasant workers, the special group, has expanded gradually. Their life, education, medical treatment, welfare and so on have become a few big difficult problems in today’s society. The children of peasant workers are mainly divided into leftover children and accompany-migrated children. Leftover children are mostly raised or looked after by a single parent, skipped generation or relatives and friends or by themselves. For a long time they separate with their parents and the lack of family love makes the function of the family education weaken functions so that the need of the leftover children are incapable to meet in emotion and communication, which easily results in the psychological deviation and deviant behavior. Although the accompany-migrated children can live together with their parents, their flexibility and ability to blend in new community are hit and frustrated facing frequent flow, strange living environment and exclusion and discrimination in the city society. Besides, their education problem can not be solved for a long time and there are still certain obstacles in their life, social, and cultural inclusion.Peasant workers are the contributors of urban construction, so their children should obtain benefits from the urbanization construction. However, nowadays the implement of social protection and various policy measures on the children of peasant workers is not in place in our country; in the inside city there still exists the huge gap of wealth, and the social stratum polarization is getting more and more serious. Peasant workers and their children are the new group in the city; inordinately they are subjected to the economic discrimination, the cultural prejudice, the loss of legitimate rights and interests, the self-identity misconceptions, and the status rejection. Therefore, the mental health conditions of the leftover children are not good, and the emotional problems such as depression and anxiety affect seriously their normal growth and social interaction. On this occasion how to better promote the psychological health and social inclusion of peasant workers’ children appears especially important and urgent, whether from the point of solving the series of problems about peasant workers, or coordinating the development between the urban and rural areas, and realizing the social justice, constructing the socialist harmonious society with Chinese characteristics. The content of each chapter is arranged as following in this paper:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction.
