Research On Integrated Teaching Materials Of Support Research Learning

Nowdays, innovative ability and the ability of using the knowledge and skills in problem-solving have become one of the greatest engines in the age of knowledge-based economy. Research learning emphasizes on the learners’participation in knowledge inquiry, which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents. Integrated teaching materials are the resources of integrated solution to support teaching and learning activities. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value for us to study how to provide a full range of support services for learners in knowledge inquiry processThis thesis selects IT (information technology) discipline which has strong practice and operation. Based on Grade Seven(Book Ⅱ), the author introduces the idea of project-based curriculum into teaching materials construction by designing, developing and applying integrated teaching materials, which provides effective support for research learning.Research methods used in this thesis includes document analysis method, content analysis method, case analysis method and instructional design method. The work and results of the research are as follows:(1)Relevant literature research. The author forms the theoretical foundation through collecting, consulting and sorting domestic and international research results.(2)Research on projects-based curriculum ideas. On the basis of clarifying the two core concepts "research learning" and "project-based learning" and their relationships, the projects-based curriculum ideas are introduced into teaching materials construction through combining with the characteristics of IT discipline. (3)Designing and development of integrated teaching materials. Under the guidance of projects-based curriculum ideas, the writer participated in the design and develop the IT integrated teaching materials of compulsory education.(4)Application instance design. Based on deeply analyzing teaching materials, the author puts forward the principles and methods of IT for research learning activities design and designs an instructional case about Grade Seven (BookII).On the basis of this research, our future work will be focus on the specific application of integrated teaching materials in research learning activities.
