Secondary vocational education is an important part of education in our country, charged with the important task of training skilled personnel, and is closely related to China’s economic development. Do a good job in education, the key in teachers. Young teachers are the backbone of the school, the work attitude and work achievements directly affect the development of the school. At present, the secondary vocational school young teachers thought is not stable, psychological volatility, erosion is more serious, investigate its reason, insufficient incentive is one of the most important factor. This paper aims to analysis the current situation of the of the incentive mechanism of nanning city secondary vocational schools and the investigation of the factors such as demand for young teachers, to improve the young teachers in secondary vocational schools incentive mechanism were studied.The paper firstly reviewed the literature and theory, to show the psychological contract theory research at home and abroad, the incentive theory research results at home and abroad as well as vocational school teachers incentive mechanism, defining the research scope and object, in a two-dimensional structure of the psychological contract that as a starting point, and through a questionnaire survey of the empirical, psychological contract young teachers in secondary vocational schools, psychological needs and incentives to study, analyze the status quo nanning young teachers in secondary vocational schools incentives, summarizes the existing incentive mechanism problems, on this basis, proposed to change the current psychological contract with the young teachers and psychological needs are incompatible incentive status quo, it is necessary to establish the personal development and organizational goals Shared vision, to establish scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, to develop internal management system of justice, create a relaxed campus culture emotional motivation countermeasures.
