Social development can reflect how much attention we pay to education.Primary education is the very beginning of education.Teachers are the base of a school.Presently there are currents of ideas violating the value of the occupation as a teacher which greatly interfere teaching in school and cause serious social consequence.From the standpoint of a runner,to find out the reasons for the problem is as important as to keep the stability of teacher team.PE teacher in middle school is always considered from the point of trading.But in middle schools,as a special group,the number of PE teacher is rather large.So it is not enough to consider them only from the point of trading and it cant answer the calling of social developing.As the main originality of the research,Psychological contract is mainly to learn about the expectation of both the teacher and the runner to meet their needs which is a new angle of the research on middle school PE teacher and make it possible to run the middle school PE teacher in a incentive way.This thesis adopted the methods of interview,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so on.The researcher made a questionnaire on the psychological contract of PE teacher in middle school and researched on 240 PE teachers from 42 middle schools in Zhoukou city about psychological contract of PE teacher.The thesis also explored the incentive system of the middle schools in Zhoukou.This thesis includes five parts.The first part is the introduction mainly about the reason,the aim,the significance,the main content,the research methods and the originality of the thesis.The second part is the analysis of the relative theories.The third part is the analysis of psychological contract of middle school PE teacher in Zhoukou.In this part the researcher made the questionnaire,did the interview and analyzed the result providing evidence for the setting of incentive model.The forth part is the setting of incentive model for PE teacher in middle school.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion providing specific measures for the carrying of the incentive model.
