Master degree of education training in China has experienced more than ten years, we have achieved much in the course of development,However, it still has not formed a Master degree of education training system, many aspects unsatisfactory, and thus strengthen the Master degree of education in education has an extremely important theoretical and practical significance.This study is mainly based on the survey of the department of Education science in Hunan Normal University, combined with the existing training program and other documents, analyzed the pros and cons of the Master degree of education Training, and made a number of targeted improvements, which enhance the quality of the culture of the Master degree of education.I explored the great achievements and shortcoming of the College of Education Science in Hunan Normal University, that its enrollment target is to expand the field to increase the curriculum become more reasonable, tutor team the gradual improvement of the participants was significantly improved, such as aspects of the great achievements; also pointed out that the Master degree of education training targeting is more vague, curriculum and schedule for further improvement, the need for further diversification of teaching methods, teaching staff structure needs to be further adjustment problems,and so on. I explored the main reasons from the macro and micro.Macro aspects of the main reasons are:the national level to accompany the raising goal fuzzy, Master degree of education mentoring system policy restrictions, and training unit and the employer to the lack of communication; Microeconomic reasons, includes:students learn the purpose of positioning is not enough clear, practical understanding of the guidance of teachers of primary and secondary education is not enough, the development of curriculum materials at the exploratory stage.Last, I put forwarded the direction of reform training of Master degree of education.Training objectives, curriculum, teaching methods, teaching and assessment carried out to be re-examined, and said the training objectives of the Master degree of education for research practice, the curriculum should be to purport to promote the professional development, teaching methods coordination, multi-channel innovation tutor team, curriculum evaluation should be internal and external evaluation of the combination.
