The Research Of Social Support System About Rural One-child Parents

As a result of population control by The Family Planning Policy of China in the1970’s,the one-child families had gotten our country smoothly through the test of numerous population,what’s more,created a good aspect of "population dividend" in a period of time.They have undertaken the risks which should be assumed by country and society,and made great contributions and sacrifices for our economic and social development, we can say that these families are heroes of our society.At present, with the more and more serious ageing population, the one-child families will be faced with the severe challenges of old people’s support. These families not only have the common difficulties like the other families which have two or more children,but also exist the particular problems in the support for the old people,because only having one child.And the unbalanced and different security system between the urban and rural in our country, will result the rural only-child families, especially those rural only-child families whose child has dead or been disabled, undertaking more pressure and difficulties in the old-life than those urban only-child families.At present, with a large number of rural only-child parents have or will become old, how to guarantee their life, has become the urgent matter.This research mainly based on the perspective of social support theory, combined the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, through the questionnaires survey and depth interviewed some cases about the hunan rural one-child family, as well as the investigation of the relevant government department staff,so to comprehensively and deeply analysis the demand of rural one-child parents about old-age life,and the endowment security situation and the existing difficulties.This paper studies indicated that, the rural only-child parents have certain difficulties in their old-life, social support is obviously insufficient, it will not only give their old-life bring certain pressure, and produce certain negative influences in the crowd around, but also go against the long-term operation of The Family Planning Policy.So in view of this, this article has nichetargetingly put forward a social support system for the endowment support of the rural parents with one child,namely " the government as the main body, the rural community and social force for added", and explain the specific measures.Therefore, this article mainly includes three parts, the first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter, belongs to the theoretical basis part;The second part includes the third chapter and the fourth chapter, it’s the empirical research part;The third part is the chapter5, namely resources and belong to the part including the basic conclusion and suggests.
