On The Community Social Work Of The Two-child Family

China's family planning policy, which has been in place for more than 30 years, has gradually improved the living standards of the Chinese people. The rise of the only-child has also changed people's living habits and their education mode on children. The pursuit of higher living conditions and the aim of advanced education has led to a significant increase in the cost of reproduction. However, since The proposal and implementation of the "separate two-child policy" by the third plenary session of the central committee of the communist party of the eighteenth in the year of 2013, to the implementation of the"common two-children" policy in the year of 2015, many women and their families of urban and rural residents are considering of having a second child. Especially for the families which had the desire to have a second children, they have put it into practical action to give birth to a second children in the light of the policy's allowance. This will inevitably lead to a new round of changes in Chinese family structure,family conditions and people's living conditions. The arrival of the second child raises new questions for families,communities and the society.Through the actual observation to the case of the "two-child family support club" in community Y of the city W,I analyzed thoroughly the detailed process of the institution of a club with social work involved in the two-child family of the community. And I analysis the problems existing in the case from the angle of professional social work.Through this project,the problem of these "two-child family" is not solved, their demands are also not met. It also exist various kinds of problems on professional project processes, and many families of two-child are not even included. This article analyzes the reasons of these problems, finally put forward to the solution of this kind of question in community work from the perspective of family social work and community work,combined with the particularity of the object "two child family: and the actual situation of our country at present.The main purpose of the article is that through a reflective study on the project"two child family mutual-aid club" in community Y of the city W, thus puts forward to some ideas of social work methods on similar community questions , in order to better play to the social work methods and ideas in the "two child family" community work practice,the application of guiding community related problem,at the same time for Chinese society "two child family" has guiding significance for community work, push from the Angle of community work "two child family" community social problems to solve, to promote family harmony, community governance and social stability.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part analyzes the background and the necessity of the social work in the current two-child family community. The second part take the project with the name of "two child family mutual-aid club" in the community Y at City W as a case,illustrates the community about "two child family" main methods and specific process of problem solving. The third part is evaluation and reflection part,mainly from the perspective of social work and analyzed the problems existing in the project case, and emphatically analyzes the reason. The fourth part according to the assessment of reflection in case, according to the reasons of the problems and problems of the case, combined with the actual situation, proposed the solution of the problem; The final section is the summary.
