In the late Qing Dynasty, Western health education was introduced to my country, the broad masses of the people exposed to the health education. Facing the grim situation of students’ health knowledge, whether the central government or the intellectuals, called for the popularity of health education.After the establishment in Nanking in1927, the national government recognized that health education is very important part of national development and rejuvenation. Therefore the policy of developing school health education became an important measure of Nanjing national government.School health education policy was formulated, that need, to joint efforts of the various executive departments. Around policy’s formulate, Health and Education Department has held a number of meetings, research and the formulation of specific policies. In the process of implementation of the policy, guidance of local government, practice of theoretical knowledge and health in school, the effect of family environment and other aspects of cooperation.It has achieved certain effects in practice and developed the good health habits. Policy formulation and implementation of health education in schools, which had a certain positive impact on society. But in general its historical should be affirmed, The policy with cuttins-edge and groundbreaking in line with historical trends, that will Promote the social progress and school health services commence, which has a positive impact on future generations.
