The Research On Primary Education Policy Of Ningxia In The Period Of Nanjing National Government (1929-1949)

Nanjing National Government is a key period for China’s education transformation from traditional to modern, the education of Ningxia region during this period also opened a prelude to modernization, New-type education began to flourish. In 1929, Ningxia separated from Gansu Province and established the province independently. In view of the elementary education, Nanjing National Government and the Ningxia local government carried out a series of primary education policy. This paper mainly through the analysis of the large number of documents and the use of methods of education, history, sociology and other related disciplines, focuses on the present, the cause of education policy, and the characteristics of the objective effect of the elementary education policy implementation after the independent establishment of Ningxia province, which Anecdotes lessons with pros and cons for the development and implementation of policies to provide primary education in today’s Ningxia experience and historical inspiration.Research shows that the implementation of Ningxia primary education policy of Nanjing National Government period to enhance local people’s awareness of the importance of education, to a certain extent, contributed to the development of Ningxia primary education, and to promote the national unity and integration in the region.
