The Student Movement And Education Countermeasures Of The Stage Of Nanking Government Before The War Of Resistance Against Japan

At the early stage of the Nanking Government from1927to1937, student movement was a thick in the history of the youth movement in China. Outside, during this period, the Japanese imperialist aggression. The Nanking Government took negative resistance, insisted on the civil war at homed and rejected the communist party etc. In facing of national crisis, the youth patriotic students developed the spectacular national salvation movement. As at the help of the administrative power of the national government, in order to consolidate its ruling status, launched a series of approaches to the student movement. Among them, this paper is implemented by the Nanking Government in the field of education to the student movement, mainly through developing related education to indoctrinate student ultimately achieve the goal of control the student. At the time of the historical background, Nanking Government’s education measures have a positive significance. Era theme and social background at that time, however, made the students movement moving. The movements played a positive role even in peril of the nation. Therefore, from the rule and regime governance we can say that the Nanking Government’s education in control of the student movement was a failure. This article main research the background and after of student movement occurred in the early years of the Nanking Government, and the education countermeasures taken by Nanking Government. Through carefully summarize the experiences and lessons, it can provide us enlightenment on contemporary management demonstration.There are four sections in this article, of which the first part is historical review of the student movement before1927, mainly about students’movement before and after the "May4th" movement, in order to open the pictures below. The second part mainly describes the present overall situation of the student movement in the Nanjing Government, make a brief analysis of the student movement historical background and give a detail description of the spectacular development. The third part mainly discusses the education measures taken by Nanking Government to response the student movement. In these measures the "three people’s principles" education throughout and carry out military training education and graduation examination system, so as to increase the students’ learning burden, moreover,strict supervision means are also be taken to closely monitor the student’s every move, so as to achieve the purpose of the control students. The fourth part is about the evaluation of the education measures taken by Nanking Government, and through the historical precipitation, put forward some constructive enlightenment to today’s student management work.
