The college logistics have took on a completely new look and optimized the logistics operating mechanism, management mechanism and the logistics resource allocation in addition to the promotion of the service quality. The logistics management reform in college student apartment is definitely the most attractive logistics department. The student apartment in college has evolved through a lot of stages from less to more, from self-manage to internal contract, from internal contract to services outsourcing and then social management since the increased enrollment in1999. And we can get experiences among these progresses.This article based on the college logistics socialization backgrounds. Having reviewed the courses of college logistics social reform in China and introduced the advanced college apartment logistic management experiences and forms aboard as well as analyzed the problems that rose in the current situation in China. What’s more the article also brought forward the countermeasures and suggestions to make high standard on student apartment services outsourcing management by analyzing documentary and status and investigating cases.This article was divided into six chapters.
