Micro-video teaching resources experienced educational video resources to network video teaching resources to the development of micro-video teaching resources,with the “dapper” features to adapt to the diversified,individualized learning needs in the “Micro-era”,coupled with policy promote,China set off a wave of micro-video teaching resources construction.Through the literature analysis of the micro-video teaching resources,micro-video teaching resources evaluation at home and abroad,found that due to the lack of understanding of micro-video teaching resources,too much emphasis on theoretical,design,development and application research,lack of uniform criteria to guide the design and development of micro-video teaching resources,resulting in micro-video teaching resources construction quality varies greatly.It is particularly important that establish a clear concept of micro-video teaching resources and scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria to help learners filter learning resources,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of micro-video teaching resources.Research on evaluation index system of micro-video teaching resources aims to explore the connotation of micro-video teaching resources,in reference to the basis of the existing research results,so as to constructing a scientific and perfect evaluation index system of micro-video teaching resources,as a judge of the micro-video teaching resources of the merits of the reference standard,to provide reference for improving the construction quality of the micro-video teaching resources.In order to achieve this purpose,this study firstly based on the “Micro-Learning Theory”,“Personalized Learning Theory”,“Cognitive Load Theory(CLT)” and “Modern System Theory”,“Fuzzy Mathematics Theory”,draw lessons from the network course evaluation,micro lesson competition evaluation and micro-video teaching resources evaluation of research results,combined with the characteristics of the micro-video teaching resources and evaluation concept,to build a preliminary evaluation index system of micro-video teaching resources.Secondly,using the Delphi method,inviting 13 well-known experts in the field of education technology to constitution of the Group of Experts,evaluation index system framework and evaluation index of microvideo teaching resources are determined by quantitative and qualitative analysis of the two rounds of questionnaire data.Again,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),by constructing hierarchical structure model,constructing judgment matrix,calculating weight,inspecting consistency,correcting inconsistencies matrix,determining the combination weights and other steps,establish index weight of evaluation index system of micro-video teaching resources.Finally,the integrated use of qualitative and quantitative criteria,to achieve the unity of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation standard,develop evaluation criteria of evaluation index system of micro-video teaching resources,and ultimately construct a perfect evaluation index system of micro-video teaching resources,including 4 first-grade indexes: target content,teaching implementation,technical arts,teaching effect,16 secondgrade indexes: course description,target description,content design,knowledge structure;motivation interests,teaching organization,teaching methods,teaching means;screen images,sound and text,charts and animation,overall layout;teaching evaluation,target achievement,teaching style,teaching characteristics.
