With the rapid development of science and technology, continuous Progress ofsociety, the competitive of talents with comprehensive quality is fierce. Collegestudents, as the representative of the comprehensive quality talents, not only shouldhave solid professional knowledge, but also must have good character, strongpractical abilities and innovating spirit, so as to achieve the development of allaspects in moral, intellectual, physical, arts and labor. Activities on the OpenClassroom of college students, an important part of college education, play a vital rolein promoting comprehensive quality in consolidation of skills, communication,innovate, knowledge. Therefore, the management and innovation of college’sactivates on the Open Classroom play an important and irreplaceable role in higheducation system.At present, many domestic scholars has made lots of research and explorationabout activates on the Open Classroom. This research is based on activates on theOpen Classroom has made a great progress in the " three Creativity" ability of CollegeStudents, and the student of University of South China as the study object ofquantitative analysis have made conclusion that the activates on the Open Classroommake no obvious effect on the students’" Three Creativity" ability. The significanceof this study lies in the establishment of competence model between activates on theOpen Classroom and students’"Three Creativity", to explore the relationship betweenthem. The study results is good for analyzing deficiencies that may exist during ourcollege’s activates on the Open Classroom, then put forward some suggestions, finallyexplore the college innovation and management mode of activates on the OpenClassroom.Innovation is the national development and rejuvenation soul, is an inexhaustiblemotive force for sustainable development education, and is also a fundamental for asound and rapid development of activates on the Open Classroom. Therefore, theobject of this paper is to enhance the “Three Creativity" ability of college students,and to explore management and innovation of college’s activates on the OpenClassroom. The first chapter of this paper gives an introduction of the background,meaning, content and research method of this topic. And the research ideas and innovation points are briefly introduced. The second chapter reviews a comprehensivesummary which is about the theory and management innovation of activates on theOpen Classroom, and then emphatically introduces the research situation of activateson the Open Classroom in foreign countries, the evolution of domestic college’sactivates on the Open Classroom, the relationship between first class and activates onthe Open Classroom, as well as the six characteristics of management innovation andspecific content of activates on the Open Classroom. The third chapter analyzes thestatus quo of college’s activates on the Open Classroom, mainly concluding threeaspects which is the inadequate of management mechanisms, the distribution ofteacher resource unreasonably, and the integration of resources badly. The effectiveway to solve the management mechanism problem is effectively solve the multiplemanagement, break through the restrictions of traditional development and assessmentbottleneck. The qualitative analysis of the status quo provides the basis for theempirical analysis of activates on the Open Classroom and "three Creativity" abilityof College Students. The fourth chapter first makes empirical analysis of activates onthe Open Classroom and "three Creativity" ability, then makes conclusions that thecorrelation between them is not significant, and analysis the objective and subjectivereasons, finally gives suggestion. The fifth chapter constructs the college managementand innovation mode of activates on the Open Classroom. In view of the aboveinvestigation and analysis, in my own opinion, it’s necessary for college activates onthe Open Classroom to find out an excellent management and innovationdevelopment pattern from the four aspects of the curriculum, teaching, innovatingteaching methods, assessment and evaluation system. Only in this way can activateson the Open Classroom promote the development of the education in our countrygreatly. The sixth chapter summarizes the main content and opinion of this paper, putsforward several points which need to be improved in the aspect of university qualitycultivation mode, and makes prospect expectation in the future development ofactivates on the Open Classroom.
