With the severe employment situation of domestic and overseas, the essay is focused on further renewing the affected dimension actors of undergraduate self quality by researching each dimension of oneself. And recognize the current situation of undergraduate self quality by the analysis of personnel assessment dimension questionnaire survey of undergraduate occupational orientation. It has provided the abundant basis of matching relation ratio research foundings between various dimensions of undergraduate occupational orientation and employment posts. Hence, the elementary model about various dimensions of undergraduate occupational orientation and employment posts can be implemented.The thesis is comprised of six parts. The first part is introduction which contains research background, research objective and research meanings, research method and research thinking, research innovations. Then chapter one is firstly located on "quality" and it further refines the research of dimension qualities’ conception and classification. Then it renders the dimension system of undergraduate occupational orientation; personnel assessment which contains moral character, capability, personality, career anchor, interests, emotional quotient, education, environment and work experience. After summarizing the nine dimensions, chapter Two of the essay verify the relations between personnel dimensions of undergraduate occupational orientation and occupation location. From chapter three, it entirely involves various undergraduate quality situation by questionnaire survey. Chapter four is about the theory analysis of dimensions of undergraduate occupational orientation and employment posts after researching the matching relation ratio research foundings between various dimensions of undergraduate occupational orientation and employment posts. Then it puts forward related elementary model and makes contribution to related practice exploration. Ultimately, it is the conclusion and prospect about the specified insufficient and outlooks of the thesis.The primary innovation is the construction of elementary model which bonds various dimensions of undergraduate occupational orientation and employment posts together on the basis of questionnaire survey.
