College graduates are important driving force of the development of national economy,college students employment problem is also important issues need to be addressed by thedepartment of the government. Since the marketization of college students’ employment, as aresult of asymmetric information, the matching of supply and demand to promote governmentemployment policy priority constantly improve university students’ employment market,played the role of labor resource allocation. Competitive job market exist, however, unfaircompetition, market failure problems such as information asymmetry and so on, the need forgovernment intervention, ensured the normal operation of the job market, so as to solve thegrowing problem of university students’ employment.This article from the perspective of policy analysis, gathered the matching of supply anddemand of employment policy issued and implemented by center government and jiangxiprovince, which was divided into the job market of two kinds of service policy andemployment information service, and designed the questionnaire. Then we took aquestionnaire survey for The class of2015graduates and alumni,containing more than30colleges and universities in Jiangxi province and combined case history interview,Systematically analyzed the situation of implementation of matching of supply and demandpolicy and the policy evaluation from market main body, and pointed out the shortage of thematching of supply and demand of employment policy. We adopt binary logistic regression,orderly regression and stepwise regression to analyze the influence on behavior of collegestudents employment, employment opportunities and employment ability for colleges’cognition of employment supply and demand matching policy.Descriptive statistical analysis shows: college graduates had a low cognitive degree andsatisfaction degree for the matching of supply and demand police, Variance analysis resultsalso showed that different types of college students’ cognition differences of policy. At thesame time, government departments and enterprises also pointed out that employment policypropaganda and enforcement deficiencies, lack of performance evaluation mechanism,employment information asymmetry and other issues. Regression analysis showed that supplyand demand matching policy has a significant influence on college students’ job opportunity,but no significant influence on college students’ Employability, the employment informationservice police in the matching of supply and demand policy has a significant influence oncollege students’ employment behavior, On the basis of the research results, This paper puttedforward measures to improve the employment police and college students employment market and achieve the effective allocation of college students’ labor resources Finally.
