Internal management system to speed up the pace of higher education will be the important method for institution of higher education to improve the preparation, and to establish effective institutions of higher learning institutions to streamline the structure and the preparation of a reasonable standard of higher staff ratio is the preparation of management reform of institution of higher education in our country.
