In recent years the research on media reports for sanitation workers,students for graduate students to return home farming mad father news reveals the master's severe employment situation,this grim situation is mainly manifested in two aspects:one is the master graduate student "graduation is unemployed",the other is the graduate student "employment is down "."Graduation is unemployed","employment is down"phenomenon caused social attention on postgraduate employment.the phenomenon of low wage gains brought by employment,more become the focus ofexperts and scholars,this article is based on the social hot spots,do research on the employment situation of university full-time graduate students.This paper firstly adopts the method of normative research,through literature review and positive information on the basis of this research,the definition of employment,through the relevant information,read the job matching theory,find the starting point,of studying graduate employment.Secondly,according to the starting point to find employment and several references,elaborated the employment meaning at home and abroad,the comprehensive human capital theory,job matching theory,occupation search theory,put forward the influence factors of employment,through the supply,demand,intermediary,studying the employment matching factors and factors dimension segmentation,using empirical research methods,the variable definition of these factors,in order to study graduate employment matching through empirical analysis.In addition,the data of the employment matching between the 2014 and 2015 university graduates are collected through the questionnaire sent by the star.Through the spss21.0 software,doing descriptive and relative analysis on the collected data,extracting factors that significant influence employment matching;through employment matching statistical data,selecting the matching factors.Referring salary analysis of graduate wages after six months graduation,helping postgraduate students realize the importance of employment matching.Finally,according to employment matching impact on graduates salary,so referring to the influencing factors of postgraduate employment,this paper,from the master's personal development,education,government regulation,higher education management of the employer of the four perspectives to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to improve college graduates master through these measures,helping graduates achieve harmonious employment,promoting the full using of social human resource.
