The independent college in our country belongs to the higher education reform, isthe country through a national finance relying on social strength the importantcomponent. Through10years of development, a total of322students in independentcollege, more than1500000people, how to maintain the independent college health,and sustainable development, is the independent institute sponsors and scholars concern.Independent development of school, teachers are the core factors, so the study of how tokeep the teachers’ enthusiasm, to avoid the teachers’ active erosion, retain talent is inrecent years scholars study the independent college one of the hot issues.This paper selects representative Chengdu City, three independent college research,understand the Chengdu City independent school teachers structure, the flow of teachersand teachers’ working attitude and other basic problems. From the perspective ofincentive mechanism on three independent college teachers’ turnover situationundertook in-depth survey, including teachers’ salary and welfare, the teacher ’sappraisal of the situation, the workload of teachers, teacher training and development,teachers’ rights protection and the construction of campus culture, and sums up theeffects of teacher loss factor.According to the survey results, targeted countermeasures research. Put forward tobuild based on employee development performance evaluation system, establishingreasonable and effective teacher occupation development system, establish and improvethe teachers training system, establish a scientific and effective compensationmechanism, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and establishinghuman-oriented campus culture, so as to strengthen the teachers in independent collegestaff stability of the purpose, avoid the teacher taking the initiative, to promote humanresources development of independent college.
