With the deepening reform of higher education, people have increasingly high demand for higher education. Higher education has transferred from elite education to mass education, and the emergence of private colleges and universities contributed to this change. Colleges and universities in recent years set up according to the new mechanism and mode of trial in accordance with the relative independence of the second level colleges (hereinafter referred to as Independent Institute) is the product of the new situation, which is a faster and effective way to expand higher education resources."National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" clearly put forward to support private education. From the strengthening of government support, according to the implementation of equal legal status of private education, improve the supporting policies and other aspects of a number of measures. Independent Colleges, as a new type of private education in China trying to achieve mass higher education, deepen education reform played an important role, showing a good trend, its management, education and teaching methods compared with the colleges and universities have been some changes, but also created some new problems. Many independent colleges face:mobility of teachers is too large, poor stability, retired teachers and the high proportion of part-time teachers, just graduated from college students no more teaching experience and other issues. Therefore, the Independent Colleges must strengthen management, in particular, to establish an effective incentive system to stimulate initiative and creativity of teachers, standardized management of teachers, specifically teachers’goals, improve the overall quality of teachers, so in order to improve faculty level. In this paper, CG College as an example, the survey analysis by CG College teacher incentive system status and existing problems, and proposed to establish and improve incentives for teachers ideas and measures. Paper is divided into the following six parts: The first part of the Introduction, describes the topics of the background, purpose and meaning, and identify research ideas and methods; second part of the management and economics from the theory of incentives reviewed, summarized the foreign teacher incentives, incentives for teachers of domestic as well as incentive for independent study of college teachers, teacher incentives by reviewing the literature research status, some studies have stated the proposition in this study brings enlightenment; third part describes the CG College as well as basic teacher adopted a series of incentives,the survey data through in-depth analysis of CG College faculty incentives problems and causes of the problem; The four part under the full understanding of CG College teachers need teachers for the problems and causes of suggestions for improvement measures and countermeasures, build and improve CG College faculty incentive system.Teacher incentive system of the building, independent college in recent years to make up for shortcomings in the incentive system, for example, lack of understanding of the independent Institute of demand for teachers, with teachers without adequate communication, the performance of teachers assessment and other scientific means. This is an independent college with a healthy and sustainable development of reference.
