Private Colleges Of Government-led Employment Guidance System Perfect Research

College students employment problem, a key problem China’s higher education faces in the course of its popularization is becoming more prominent under the effect of the international financial crisis. On this background, private college students bear extreme pressure on consideration of their employment. Therefore, how to deal with the current situation of employment, how to strengthen the college students’ capability of employment and how to enhance their competitiveness in employment, are problems which not only concern the public colleges and universities, but also need urgent settlement from the private colleges and universities.The problem of college students’employment has great effects on social stability and harmony, Universities’growth and development, as well as the students’survival and Life-Long Education Theory. It’s related with so many people that regardless of the nation, the society, the colleges and universities must take it seriously. Private colleges and universities have their own characteristics in terms of students’employment due to the reasons from the society, the colleges and universities themselves and the students as well as the specialties of sources of students, teachers, training schemes, teaching methods and sources of funds. However, in the whole, this problem is much more serious prepared with that of the public colleges and universities. Therefore, the government should play a leading role in guiding the employment of the private college students, to lead and push the private colleges and universities to improve their college students career guidance systems, to lessen the difficulty of employment and to promote the smooth development of their employment guidance.Based on the theory of responsible government, Marx, Adam Smith’s theory of division of labor and foreign relevant theories of employment guidance, combined with the current practice of employment guidance, this thesis elaborates the current situation of the private college students’employment and the result of employment guidance system’s development and analyses the shortcomings of the employment guidance system and the reasons. Besides, this thesis concludes some experiences of the establishment and improvement of employment guidance systems of colleges and universities in and abroad, by comparing the eployment guidance systems of private and public colleges and universities and discussing their characteristics. On the basis of summed up a number of domestic and foreign employment guidance of university students to establish and perfect the system of experience. On this foundation, this thesis puts forward some measures about how to perfect our private colleges employment guidance system under the lead of our government: first, to build platform to improve employment education system; second, to improve employment guidance mechanism and to consolidate employment guidance functions; third, to strengthen construction of teachers providing employment guidance and to improve the professional level of employment guidance; fourth, to emphasize the theoretical study of employment guidance and to explore new patterns of employment guidance...
