In recent years,there have been already many college employment experts at home and abroad have had the many monographs or papers studying college graduate employment.Colleges and universities are carrying out employment guidance services,to take a series of measures in the employment guidance services,which has made some achievements.But the situation facing the transformation of the mode of economic development and employment structural contradictions have become increasingly sudden,college employment guidance,especially private colleges employment guidance has to think how to construct a set of suitable for private college employment guidance service system,to enhance the students' overall employment consciousness and employment ability is particularly important.This paper tries to summarize and analyze the construction of private college graduates employment situation and Employment Guide service system of history,current situation and problems based on the actual employment situation of the graduates of Xi'an Peihua University,through the use of Science.On the basis of knowledge and successful experience,a new system suitable for employment guidance service of private colleges and universities is studied,which provides certain reference for the employment guidance service of private universities in the new periodThis paper is divided into six parts:The first Part: introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,research status and review at home and abroad,innovation and deficiency of the researchThe second Part: this part is the definition of related concepts and theories,aiming at the "private university","the definition of employment guidance and service system,and then analyzes the basic theory of employment,mainly carries on the elaboration from the" people job matching theory "and" industry mutual selection theory "both the basic theory of employment.The third part: this part mainly expounds the present situation of private college employment guidance service system and the existing problems,including the status quo of private collegeemployment guidance service system,taking Xi'an Peihua University as an example and analysis of the present situation and problems of the employment guidance service system,and expounds the existence of Private Colleges employment guidance service system.The fourth part: Analysis on the main part of private college employment guidance service system problems,mainly including the system of private colleges and universities employment instruction is widely ignored,funding for employment guidance services in private colleges and universities lack of investment,private colleges employment guidance services lack of government support and social support of powerful,private college employment guidance service it is the process.The fifth part: Private Colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of employment guidance service system,pay attention to private colleges and Universities Based on entrepreneurship,enhance the employability of students,pay attention to students' occupation quality evaluation,pay attention to students' occupation quality development,establishment of employment guidance system,organizing various practical lectures,personalized guidance to strengthen the employment guidance.The sixth part: conclusion.This paper mainly expounds the main conclusions of this study,as well as the future prospects of research...
