Study On The Employment Guidance System Of Pblic Universities In Quanzhou

With the number of college graduates increasing year by year,while the demand for college graduates is out of a relatively stable state,the employment situation of college graduates is still grim.At the same time,in the new normal university graduates' employment is not only related to social stability and development,but also the rational allocation of talent and made full use of social resources,so the country has issued a series of policies to promote the employment of College graduates.Colleges and universities as the main body of graduates and specific executors of national policies play an important role in this process.The object of this study is the undergraduate college employment guidance system in Quanzhou City,based on the realistic background,a comprehensive study was carried out by using literature research method,case analysis method and investigation method of Quanzhou public universities employment guidance system.The study found that the employment guidance system of Quanzhou public universities including employment guidance institutions,employment guidance four aspects setting system,employment guidance team of teachers and the course of employment guidance,the main problems existing in theory over practice less,the content and form of industry guidance,the lack of specificity of the lack of diversification of employment the instructor team,ignoring the entrepreneurship education and practice,employment guidance system is not perfect,the execution is low and the employment guidance institutions function is fuzzy,work efficiency should be improved in six aspects,and through in-depth exploration found that the existence of the above problems the main reason is the system of employment guidance system of colleges and universities,the evaluation index system of students and the administrative aspects of four.Based on the above research results,combined with the conclusion of the case study,this article from the employment guidance institutions,employment guidance to improve Quanzhou public university employment guidance system targeted suggestions in four aspects of setting system,employment guidance and employment guidance curriculum teaching team.Finally,the research conclusions and shortcomings are proposed,and the future research prospect is put forward...
