The high school chemistry curriculum standards (experimental) pointed out that "teachers in the teaching of the course modules, combined module features strengthen the experimental teaching." This article on chemical experiment teaching in high school carried out a series of theoretical and practical study on how to use the new course advocated the teaching of chemical experiment teaching methods, how to stimulate students’ interest in learning chemistry experiment, how to guide the students to learn, enhance our ability to test content explains.In this paper, this to multiple intelligent theory and construction doctrine theory for guide, by investigation questionnaire and learning test, combination teachers of teaching practice and students of experimental activities, using new courses advocate of "demonstration&imitation","information processing"," experimental inquiry","discovery and innovation ","cooperation&communication"," summary and analysis", multiple teaching way, take has qualitative research and quantitative research phase combination of method, for has three a term of teaching practice research. Through research and came to the following conclusions:in the teaching of chemistry experiment in high school, promoted by using the new course teaching of chemical experiment teaching methods, students through hands-on, dynamic brain experiments, can enhance students’ interest in learning chemistry and in chemical experimental ability of students at the same time, improved students’ learning achievements in chemistry.
