At the new challenges of economic globalization and the information network environment, the status of moral education of contemporary youth are facing the unprecedented challenges. To improve the effectiveness of youth groups, contemporary youth moral education research has become of hot topics. Looking back in history, for absorption in ancient "indoctrination" mechanism can be a successful experience that can be thought of a new path.In this paper, it mainly uses documentary research, systems analysis, interpretation by inductive methods. It is divided into four sections:The first part defines the connotation of moral education and moral mechanism. The concept of moral mechanism from two aspects of the moral mechanism of the composition and characteristics of the moral mechanism; The second part describes the current problems of youth moral education, and detailed analysis. From the environment of moral education, moral philosophy, moral object, moral education institutions and moral practice five aspects, the reason are mainly due to four points:the environmental of factors at home and abroad, the object personal factors, institutional settings factors as well as families, communities, schools and social aspects of bad linkage; The third part, combed the ancient moral education mechanism, which focuses on combing the center of ancient mechanism. It is one of the innovation in this paper; The fourth part, learning from the ancient moral education mechanism to improving the moral education mechanism of contemporary youth and propose operational recommendations, this is also the focus of this article. Combined with the distinctive characteristics of contemporary youth, ancient moral education mechanism for the perfect opportunity, respectively, starting from the family, communities, schools and society four "positions" link, and proposed measures with pertinence and effectiveness. I hope the paper can provide some workable suggestions for moral education mechanism of contemporary young people in such transition of our society.
