Moral education reception is an important content about the moral education accepts, which refers to the structure of the moral education accepts the system, the function and the movement way of the accepts the essential factor, and it mutual connection, interaction and integrity function of the accepts the essential factor in the process of the moral education accepts. Moral education reception including following two aspect content: First, it is each integrant part sum total of the moral education accepts the system, various essential factors both respective independence, and interdependence. Second, it is a dynamic process according to certain way movement, the various essential factors promote the moral education accepts the effect. Obviously, moral education reception is between the structure and the movement mutual union both involves to accepts system's structure, and involves to system's movement.There are four parts in the article: the first part recollects the theory basis of the acceptance and the acceptance of moral education, analyses the concept of the acceptance by studying the domestic and foreign correlative research achievements. The second part analyses the academic cognition of the moral education acceptance mechanism, states moral education reception characteristic, rationale, implementation principle. The third part analyses the essential factor and linkage principle of moral education reception, Firstly, I make the dynamic analysis to the acceptance mechanism of the moral education in the angle of the movement process of the acceptance subject, and point out the active essential factors of the process of reception activity. Then I make the stable inspection to the acceptance mechanism of the moral education in the foundation of the teachers, subjects, objects, intermediaries and surroundings. Based on this, I analyses the operation way which is constituted by each mutually affected composition essential factor of the condition or the result system of the five factors. The fourth part bases on the analysis of moral education reception inside and outside two aspects, we may see, accepts the process is the moral education important link and is a link relating teaching and listening to reason. But in this process ,pedagogue's overall quality, receiver's moral demand, the cognitive structure and accept ability, reasonable moral education content, suitable moral education way as well as good moral education environment are important guarantee enhancing the moral education to accept the effect. Therefore, the author relates the actual situation, combine the teachers, subjects, objects, intermediaries and surroundings actual situation of Henan Province elementary and middle schools moral education condition investigation and study report in 2009 to carry on the countermeasure construction. mainly include exterior strengthens presses to lead and promotes the teacher quality, strengthens main body consciousness and displays independent spirit, manifests the time characteristic and prominents content level sequence, expanses dissemination way and realizes the intermediary multiplication to understand the importance of the moral education acceptance mechanism, enhances diligently the pointed and effectiveness of school moral education effect.
