Employment is the critical issue of the national survival, with the transformation of China from a planned economy to a market economy, as well as changes in employment management system and mechanism for employment, enterprises have considerable autonomy, in a move for maximize profits, in order to reduce the costs, the labor market is often have the phenomenon of discriminates against women, Especially, with the recent years the expansion of scale of higher education, making a large number of university students into the labor market, so university students are very difficult to get a job, and the problem is becoming the focus of social concerned. In which as Kochi groups of female university students suffered gender discrimination in employment is very seriousily, and the result is extremly terrible, firstly, it making the female university students cann’t be successfully employed, so that, the female university students cann’t enjoy the equal right to employment and have free to develop, hindered them to realize themselves.secondly, enterprises discriminate female university students is also make them loss profits, they haven’t impartial and fair selection of the best people is not conducive to the effective allocation of human resources.thirdly, to the whole community, making the economic function of education can not be achieved in the short term, it is not benefit to improve social utility and build harmonious society. Therefore, we need to solve this problem, especially government, enterprises, education departments, mess media and female university students themselves to make efforts to made the female university students successfully employed.This article is the analysis of gender discrimination in employment of female university students in a gender perspective, including four parts,in the first part, it discusses the background and significance of the topics, literature review and related concepts.In the second part, it analysis the status and characteristics of female university students suffered gender discrimination in employment on the basis of existing data. In the third part, starting from gender perspective, it point out the causes of gender discrimination in employment of female university students, such as traditional gender culture, employment policies and laws, education system, mass media and female university marriage and child rearing and so on. In the forth part, on the basis of the third part, put forword the solutions of gender discrimination in employment of female university students, such as building advanced gender culture, improving the whole society’s gender consciousness, government making the child rearing costs socialization, employment policies and laws think over the gender consciousness, education department have gender consciousness, mass media correctly guide and female university students strengthen themselves quality.
