In recent years, with the development of the women’s movement, gender equality problem gets the attention of social all circles, promoting gender equality has become an important task for the development.With China’s economic management system and operational mechanism from planned economy to market economy transition, women’s employment and safeguard mechanism is corresponding also produced profound change. Employment is the people’s livelihood, and is an important channel of female social status. On female graduate employment in the gender discrimination in employment research, helps to promote gender mainstreaming process, gender equality to make contribution. This research mainly uses the literature method and case interview, selected the20female graduate student interviews of Lanzhou University who are looking for a job or have found work in the2012graduating through a probability sample. Through the interview to understand the gender discrimination in employment; female graduate job experience encounters gender discrimination in employment cause; female graduate students on gender discrimination in employment attitude and coping style and job experience; encounter gender discrimination in employment of female graduates’effect.
