A Study On Localization Of Target Of Ideological And Political Education Facing University Students

China’s reform and opening up has gone through30years. In this process, as a strong driving force of social development, reform and opening up promotes our Communist party and our country’s every undertaking to make great achievements, including not only economy but also politician, culture, education, social development and so on. Considered as an important component of higher education, the ideological and political.education facing university students goes with the development of higher education in these three decades. New changes and new requirements due to the development of the times are keen reflected in its targeting changes.In these three decades, the ideological and political education goals, as the direction and premise of ideological and political education, its content targeting has undergone tremendous changes. From the recovery to exploring, from definitude to innovation, it has been constantly adjusting and updated, and it has experienced a process of gradual moving towards mature and perfect. At the same time, as the product of social context, social and personal development has always been the fundamental basis of targeting of ideological and political education facing university students. In the three decades, the characteristics of the development of times, the change and development trends of university students’ concept have been reflected in its content adjustment. That’s to say, every new goals’ establishment and introduction is the result of social development. However, it is undeniable for the development of ideological and political education facing university students to appear numerous problems. For these problem, unscientific targeting is one of important reasons. The lacks of humanization, socialization, reality and hierarchy constitute the targeting defects in the past and result in the eventual obstacle of the target realization. At present, the emergence of the new situations, which includes globalization, the Internet Age, education’s internationalization, college enrollment and so on, presented new challenges for the scientific targeting of the ideological and political education facing university students. To make a review of past experiences and lessons pragmatically, and find external factors which determine and influence the scientific targeting of the ideological and political education goals, then offer constructive advice and planning based on the new era will provide a reference with the referential significance for the ultimate realization of the scientific targeting of the contemporary ideological and political education goals.Innovations of this article lie in making a clear stage on the targeting development process of the ideological and political education facing university students since1978. On this basis, make a deeply analysis and summary, then, combine with new trends of development in contemporary society and summarize my own opinions about goals of the ideological and political of education.
