Teachers professional development is an important way of young female teachers to achieve professional growth and to enhance their value,as well as the primary means to optimize the quality of teachers.As the number of vocational young female teachers growing rapidly,to study young female teachers professional development of vocational college has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper took the young female teachers professional development of vocational college as the research object,on the basis of literature search and analysis,combined with professional development characteristics of vocational young female teachers,to investigate current situation of vocational young female teachers professional development,in which to organize current problems and look for reasons,and ultimately to explore the effective strategies which helps Vocational young female teachers achieve better professional development.According to the characteristics in education type,education level,age and gender of vocational college young female teachers professional development,the paper designed a questionnaire to understanding of current situation of vocational college young female teachers professional development,in which conducted that it has some problems that professional development consciousness weakness and powerinsufficient,that professional development poor standards need to be improved,that professional development security system absence need to be enhance and other issues.To solve the above problems,it needs vocational college young female teachers have positive active with which to constantly update our ideas,strengthen independent professional development consciousness,find more ways to improve their ability of professional development.And it also requires a sound system by schools and management departments,which provides an institutional guarantee and evaluation direction for professional development of vocational young female teachers.Using the above strategies to improving professional development of vocational young female teachers,of which made both Their own value and school's research capacity been realized in the process !...
