The21st century is the century of packaging and image, in this century, the image of the packaging is no longer the celebrity’s "patent", and in the new society, people become more and more fashionable. Especially for the people in the workplace, a good image for career development may affect one’s whole lifetime, it even could be a directly impact on an individual’s success or failure. The female students who will going to enter the job market, they need to recognized their proper roles. The female students of the vocational colleges, for the relations of their professionals and the school, they didn’t have enough time to adapt the process to find a job when they graduated. They just need an urgent employment. In the conversion process, for the first time the female students come into the community, will received many changes in the external environment, from a college girl to a office lady, their inner physiology, mentality and the level of aesthetic has changed. The changed female student’s dress selection and shaping the image has differences, through different occupation’s transition to summarize the female student’s dress after conversion and image building on the selection of features. In this thesis, female college students of Guangzhou Institute of Technology, for example, to study the role of female students after the conversion of image-building, Advising they develop awareness of their own role in converting, on one hand, to prepare as soon as possible and exercise all kinds of aspects of their ability, on the other hand, it’s also very important to create a good image of themselves reflected in the professional field of expertise. This paper mainly uses market research and case analysis, through the sophomore and freshman students of Guangzhou Institute of Technology as the main object of study, use questionnaire survey methods to research the student’s conversion during the school’s personal image and entering the work post image, to explore the most suitable image of female students switch roles shape. Through the investigation for the female college students, to find out the overall study when the girls in the school dress code and personal image, entering the workplace after graduation they change their image and design, as well as their dress, makeup, hair-style, accessories, etc. To arrive after a role transition, the female students dress in the workplace principles and different styles on different occasions and a series of conclusions.
