Teaching promote development of students is the eternal subject of teaching research. People have developed new understandings about the concept of development and endowed it with new connotation with the advancement of new curriculum reform. This is significant to the change of monotonous, boring and mechanized traditional teaching. This article surveys and analyzes developmental teaching from the view of knowledge, and believes developmental teaching is that it can increase the value of teaching knowledge. First of all, I explored and analyzed the knowledge view of developmental teaching on the analysis of the modern knowledge view and drawing lessons from the postmodern knowledge view. Under the view of developmental teaching, knowledge has constructive, generative, creative characteristics and they ensure the value-added function of knowledge and provide theoretical basis for the implementation of developmental education. Secondly, it is very important to analyze the inner mechanism of developmental teaching, this means that we should reveal the relationship between knowledge teaching and intelligence development and moral formation. Finally, under the guidance of the knowledge view of developmental teaching, I put more energy into the analysis of the practical measures.
