Social Workers Involved In Pension Mode

The early21st century, the degree of aging in China has been increasingly intensified. The traditional family pension mode which can not meet the needs of elderly endowment, so the introduction of a new intervention mechanism is an effective means to alleviate the pressure of the Endowment. The timely intervention of social work is bound to promote the development of China’s pension model, and to promote social work specialization, professionalization, and standardization. Over the last decade, the level of professional social work services has been greatly improved in China. However, compared with the international advanced level, there are still large gaps. How to improve and improve the service levels of social work has been one of the hot issues of the whole society.The entry point of this article focuses on these three key words:"Social work"," Social worker intervention" and "The old-age mode". In the process of writing, the author uses the Literature Research, Qualitative Analysis, Field Research method and other methods. This article summarized the pension mode status and experience of social work intervention of Western countries, China Hong Kong SAR and China’s Taiwan region, and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the pension model of social work intervention, further resolved the current situation and the plight of pension model of social work intervention. Finally, it is proposed to improve the pension model of social work intervention strategies in order to promote the rapid development of he pension model of social work intervention.
