| June 27,2013, the Ministry of Civil Affairs formally promulgated and implemented " The measures for the administration of pension institutions " and "pension institutions to set up licensing approach" was formally promulgated and implemented. A pension service system based on the home-based care services, community-based care, supporting of institutions to supplement are now shown in front of people. While the pension institutions’affect highlighting gradually, to solve the problem of institutional support for the elderly and to promote the development of pension institutions turn to an important part. This paper below is combined with the qualitative research methods in social science, selecting H Y area nursing homes as a study case to analyze y homes’ problems, and expanding the research on injecting a professional approach to social work in the pension institutions research, exploring how to carry out the social work of the organization and the elderly, and ultimately forming of reflection on the social work embedded with the development of pension institution.The main contents of this thesis include the following parts:the first part, the introduction of the background and significance of this paper, the domestic and abroad trend of the development on the relevant theory, main research ideas, methods and the selection of reason; the second part introduces the general situation of H city H District Y nursing homes and old people’s status, analyzing the existed problems of Y nursing home pension institutions and the reasons caused; the third part elaborates the necessity and possibility of social work’s intervention in pension institutions, methods of social work intervention in pension institutions are explained, doing the research of intervention through the case work, group work, administration method of social work; the fourth part, obtaining suggestions and opinions about the social work with intervention pension institutions through the paper. |
