With the continuous improvement of ICT (Information Communication Technology), human society has entered a new era:knowledge economy era. In such a rapidly changing era, learning gradually changes into lifelong pursuit from personal entry requirement. How to change the original and single valuation model and make it more multiple and truer to urge people to learn actively, encourage students to introspect autonomously and promote individuals to develop in an all-around way? How to integrate all kinds of existing learning tools and reconstruct a lifelong available learning system with informative technology to provide abundant learning situation for humans, letting them construct their own knowledge system autonomously and finish the meaningful construction of community through dialogue? These questions exist not only in schools and governments but also in large software developers and international non-profit organizations. Therefore, Interactive ePortfolios System is put forward not just to meet the need of a country or a school, but to meet the requirements of improving evaluation model and learning pattern of humans in the knowledge economy era.Interactive ePortfolios System can enrich human’s learning world in theoretical and practical aspects. In theoretical aspect, it combines, deepens and develops the relevant thoughts of inter-subjectivity theory, evaluation theory and learning theory in the new period, forming a set of theoretical system which supports the construction of portfolios. In practical aspect, it meets learners’ need for learning with portfolios anywhere and anytime, and provides them a learning environment of clear objectives, sufficient dialogues and autonomous introspection, which is in line with our pursuit of1lifelong learning and constructing learning society.This dissertation tries to expound Interactive ePortfolios System from the aspects of frame design. Chapter Ⅰ is mainly to explain the necessity of developing and implementing Interactive ePortfolios System, and reviews its national and international practical development and theoretical research. Chapter Ⅱ is mainly about the basic concepts definition and some relevant theories of Interactive ePortfolios System. Chapter Ⅲ focuses on the design concept of Interactive ePortfolios System and introduces the key technology of developing the system and the international standard of its reference. Chapter Ⅳ describes the development process of Interactive ePortfolios System and shows the design of its main frame. Chapter Ⅴ is the summary of the whole dissertation, including the challenge of the system and the expectation of its developing and implementing process.
