Master of Business Administration (MBA) is originated in HarvardBusiness School of America at the beginning of the20th century. MBA has witnessed rapiddevelopment in past20years since9universities were authorized as pilot project in1991.As an education that directly improves the quality of the workforce and economicdevelopment, MBA’s importance has been widely acknowledged by people from allaspects of the society. Based on my experience as a teaching assistant in S University andmajor background, this article chooses learning motivation of MBA students as theresearch topic. This article first collects actual status quo of learning motivation of MBAstudents by means of questionnaire together with literature review, face-to-face interviewand classroom observation, and then conducts data analysis to find factors which influencethe research object, thus providing reference to further motivate MBA students effectively.
