Study On The Motivation Of Primary School Students In Rural Areas Of Northern Jiangsu

The motivation is the tendency to stimulate and maintain activities, learning motivation is a need to incentive and guide students to learn.In the usual teaching, we often encounter the learning motivation level of some students is not high. The way to motivate such students' motivation, it is not only a common problem faced by the majority of educators, but also the purpose of the in-depth study of learning motivation.This paper is based on the questionnaire of learning motivation survey, according to the rural primary school students studying in the author's school as the main research object, through the different academic students' learning motivation, the different gender students' learning motivation, learning motivation of students' different academic degree parents, the different grade students' learning motivation, urban and rural area students' learning motivation-this five aspects of comparison. We carried out data analysis and difference test to understand the status quo of rural primary school students learning motivation in the north of jiangsu. Research has shown that rural primary school students' learning motivation level is not high in the north of jiangsu, and there is a downward tendence with the increase of grade. The situation is worryingly. Under the guidance of the learning motivation theory and education psychology theory, therefore,according to the present teaching situation, we put forward the methods from the use of external factors, the inside factors this two aspects to the rural primary school students learning motivation.
