Develop vocational education is not only a way to promoting China’s "New FourModernizations" construction, also an necessary path to achieving education fair andeconomic development. Since2006, the State Council promulgated the "Decision onVigorously Develop vocational education"(Guo Fa〔2005〕No.35). Chinese educationvocational education has been significantly improved. It presents a new situation andimplements a new leap. Premier Li Keqiang has repeatedly stressed that "acceleratingthe development of modern vocational education and letting vocational education createthe personnel benefits for our society." However, in the process of building a modernvocational education system, vocational schools teaching construction, especially theconstruction of double qualified teachers, has been plagued modern vocationaleducation system construction. So how to further improve the quality of vocationalteachers, build construction ways of double qualified teachers, is a crucial and importanttopic of vocational education research.This thesis based on the double qualified teachers construction, use of literature,comparative analysis and case study method approach method to analyze of the numberand structure of the vocational double qualified teachers team building and trainingsituations. The study points out the double qualified teachers team structure,trainingmechanism,access standards and other aspects have many unsatisfactory problems.Through comparative analysis of some of the teachers vocational training institutions ofvocational education in developed countries, training, and management access to putforward counter measures and suggestions on Chinese double qualified teachers path.Path as the research focus, clarity of vocational education in double qualified teachersconstruction. Further strengthening the government leading, upgrading the mainbuilding of vocational schools, encouraging teachers initiative, boosting businesssectors depth of integration. Therefore, the construction of double qualified teachers inChina is inseparable from the above-mentioned aspects, as well as support formulti-party society. To further enhance the quality and efficiency of double qualifiedteachers construction, need to depart from the above aspects, combined with the statusand development of China’s vocational education to help connotative development ofvocational education, and constantly improve our professional teacher ranks.
