The development of morden internet technology stimulates the growth of information technology, at the same time, it lays a stable foundation for the popularity of education technology in the group of teachers. Teacher learning which under the support of information technology becomes a hot problem in the current education research. As a new research object in information technology and a tool for improving the teachers professional level, social software has been gradually applied in daily life. It deeply affects the life of the teachers. Social software extends the vision of teaching and widen the spiritual life of the teachers. It is meaningful for the development of basical education that explore the teacher learning under the support of social software. Now,the primary and secondary school teachers is the executives of the frontline teaching and they obey the traditional teaching goals.all what they want is the high learning scores,not the professional development of themselves.This research based on the perspective of information education reform,Relying on the paticipation, interactive and democracy of Web2.0, discover the possibility and necessity of teacher learning in the informatiziton condition, through the queationair, the paper analyses the learning problems of primary and secondary school teachers in the use of social sofeware.Objectively,hardware facilities in the most primary and secondary school is not enough; subjectively, on one hand,the time distribution on learning is little,most of the teachers had used to traditional books learning and isolated learning; on the other hand,the learning content is limited to the related learning and teaching knowledge, ignore the improvement of their own information literacy.Follow-up support of teachers learning is not enough and comprehensive, teaching resources are not enough too, etc. therefore, to improve the learning ability of the primary and secondary school teachers must learn from the following several aspects:the competent education related government departments and schools give teachers of higher learning time and space of freedom,enhance the different aspects of social supervision; strengthen teachers’ pre-service education, bring the use of social software into the study of teachers’ quantification assessment; construct the study mode of teachers’ blog and microblog.This study devotes to the development of school teachers in social software learning potential.Make sure that learning has become an important part in their life, thus improving teachers’ teaching and learning ability, providing theoretical and technical support of teaching practice for primary and secondary school. Strengthening the teachers in consciousness of lifelong learning premise, realize the vision of learning society development.
