A brand new web-based virtual society now has been built under the rapid development of Internet networks. As an important tool for information exchange, many middle school kids use the network to learn knowledge, obtain information, communicate emotions, develop their potentials and have fun with entertainment. In addition, the network deeply attracts the kids, especially the kids who live in the cities because of its openness and concealment. Network is now playing an active role both in the middle school kids’ideological and moral qualities, as well as their life value and emotional development. At the same time, network also brings negative problems like "value twisted" and "Internet addiction ", etc. These increasing problems can’t be ignored not only are they social focus but also difficulties of moral education in middle schools.Network ethic special education is extremely needed by middle school kids because their physical and mental developments are both in a special period. At present the kids’ moral education in our country’s educational system is separated from the computer and network teaching, from which the kids can only learn the advanced technology and method not the moral problems. Middle school moral education is always considered as a specialized course and placed in a main position in China’s middle schools. In2004, the Central Government made laws to emphasize the importance of its education in teenagers’ grow-ups.This dissertation carefully analyzed the network ethic features in middle school kids’ real lives. I’ve also introduced the middle school kids’ mind and body developments on related theories. At the same time I quoted plenty of facts and data to analyze the present situation of the middle school ethic network education and its problems. This dissertation is divided into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the network morality, analyzing the network development and its traditional moral contact. The second chapter focuses on analyzing the middle school kids’physical and psychological characteristics and middle school moral education, through which you can see how the middle school moral education strengthens the network ethics construction on the important practical significance. In the third chapter, I summarized a series of network ethic educational ways and methods with my teaching experience and analyzed the content on network moral educations.
