Training Needs Analysis And Intervention Design Of Teachers Distance Training

Distance education system which extends to many aspects is a complicatedgreat system, so how to manage instruction design of remote training and explorenew teaching methods is the important development direction of distance education.At present, lots of works have been conducted in this area, and many effectivemethods been proposed. While most of the research studied and explored from thecharacter exchange of students and teachers and consider less from a systematicperspective. This study try to explain the intervention and effect of trainers ontrainees’ study progress in remote training from the angle of online intervention tomeet the needs of the teachers’ remote training. And explores the adaptiveintervention strategies by use of teaching designs to improve the performance ofthe training purpose.Taking the "national plan which (2011)"--remote training on informationtechnology which conducted in countryside junior middle school of Anhui provinceas a specific example to explain the design process of the whole research. In thisstudy, adopting questionnaire and interview method to analyze the needs ofinformation technology teachers of senior middle school who participate thetraining is the first thing. And design the information technology remote trainingintervention plan according to the training needs analysis results and someinterrelation theory. Verify the rationality of the scheme and test the effectivenessof intervention design.The result of the study shows that it is it is effective to use intervention duringthe process of guidance. To a certain degree, it can inspire the learning interest oftrainees, promote their learning efficiency, and achieve the expected effect ofremote training. Results of research on this topic can provide a reference forintervention design of teachers distance training.
